We only sell one type of fish in our shops which is cod (Gadus Morhua)
All of our cod is supplied by companies associated to FASFA, which is a trade organisation representing trawler owners and distributors of filleted fish products, from the UK, Norway, the Faroe Islands, Russia, Iceland and Greenland.
FASFA places huge emphasis on natural resources. Its members strictly adhere to the responsible management of fisheries and the sustainability of fishing stocks.
All of our cod is sourced from sustainable and well managed fisheries and is totally traceable back to its point of origin.
None of our fish is caught by trawlers using ‘discard’ methods.
By buying your take away from us I can guarantee you will not be party to the depletion of fish stocks from the North Sea (or anywhere else)
